This paper discusses the closed-loop supply chain which is composed of a manufacturer, a retailer\nand the third-party recycler, the market dominated by manufacturer. Consumer conveys different\npreference for new products and remanufactured products. From this base, we segment markets\nand determine the market demand of different products. Then, we set up a closed-loop supply\nchain with the third party collecting decision-making model, the problem of different members of\nthe optimal decision is discussed. Competition is becoming more global and is between the networks of businesses rather than between\nthe firms. Operating in such an increasing networked environment, companies have to innovate\ntheir business, either be orchestrators or be orchestrated. This exploratory paper proposes\nan overarching Supply Chain Orchestration (SCO) framework which leverages on the capabilities\nof the MNCââ?¬â?¢s networks and the local Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) at a strategic level. This\nframework comprises integrated components including orchestrated Supply Chain Network (SCN),\nthe relationship model of the actors, a ââ?¬Å?Win-for-Allââ?¬Â pro-orchestration model, and the collaboration\nplatform for the LSPs. Specifically, the paper proposes a practical approach for upgrading the\nlocal industry through a virtuous model whereby the MNCs, LSPs, and government agencies collaborate\nto create a pro-orchestration environment for greater value adding. Using a semi-structured\ninterview approach, key players across the logistics sector in Singapore were interviewed.\nThe approach strategies for realizing this orchestration are investigated and the implications are\ndiscussed through a few application scenarios....
The current study investigates the strategy implementation of Iranian export performance, in\nFebruy, 2015. It was conducted among 150 managers of Iranian exporting firms in order to\nfind any significant relationship between strategy management and success in exporting\nperformance. The methodological approach adopted for this study is Structural Equational\nModel (SEM) approach. It was processed in two sections (Pilot and Main study).The salient\ninstrument of the study was questionnaire. The data were coded in SPSS (Statistical Package\nfor Social Science, Version 22) and Lisrel (Version 8.8) Software. Three types of analyses\nwere conducted to identify any significant relationship between them.
